How Rubber Products are made

EQUIPMENT 01

Raw Materials

We carefully select a variety of raw materials, including natural rubber and synthetic rubber, depending on the application and performance requirements. We only use raw materials that are steadily supplied by reliable suppliers, taking into consideration the characteristics required for the product, such as heat resistance, oil resistance, and weather resistance. We check the quality of the raw materials upon arrival to ensure the quality of the materials that form the basis of the manufacturing process.

Chemicals & Compounding

To maximize the performance of rubber, we use optimal blends of chemicals such as vulcanizing agents, accelerators, and fillers. Based on our many years of manufacturing experience and technical data, we design blends for each application, optimizing the balance of strength, flexibility, and durability. The blending process is strictly controlled to ensure consistent quality.

EQUIPMENT 03

Material Management

Raw materials and secondary materials are stored in an appropriate state at all times, with strict lot control and inventory management. We also consider the storage environment and expiration dates to prevent quality deterioration and misuse. Our material supply system, based on our manufacturing plan, ensures stable production and traceability.

EQUIPMENT 04

Material Property Management

After compounding, the rubber material is measured for physical properties such as hardness, viscosity, and specific gravity to ensure they are within specified values. By managing material properties numerically, we are able to reduce variations during molding and stabilize product quality. If an abnormality is found, we immediately investigate the cause and work to prevent recurrence.

Compression Molding

In compression molding, rubber material is placed in a mold and heat and pressure are applied to form the shape. This method is suitable for products with simple structures and parts that require high precision, ensuring dimensional accuracy and stable quality. Temperature, pressure, and molding time are strictly controlled to create uniform products.

EQUIPMENT 06

Injection Molding

Injection molding is a method of injecting molten rubber material into a mold. It is suitable for complex shapes and mass-produced products, achieving high reproducibility and production efficiency. Molding conditions are optimized for each product, ensuring appearance quality and dimensional accuracy. It supports a stable mass production system.

EQUIPMENT 07

Deburring

Unwanted burrs may occur on molded products. We remove burrs manually or using specialized equipment depending on the product shape and application. We carefully remove burrs not only to ensure appearance quality, but also to ensure safety and functionality, so that they do not affect the next process or the final product.

Final Inspection

Finished products undergo final inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and functionality checks. Based on inspection standards, each product is checked strictly to prevent the release of defective products. We check that the product meets the specifications required by our customers, and guarantee quality that allows you to use the product with confidence.

Packing and Shipping

Products that pass inspection are packaged appropriately according to the product's characteristics to prevent damage or deformation during transportation. Lot information is clarified and shipping management is thorough. We adhere to strict delivery deadlines and deliver products safely and reliably to customers both domestically and internationally.
